You may cancel or reschedule your move up to 48 hours in advance without penalty
Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled move may incur a cancellation fee

Secure valuable, fragile, or personal items unless agreed otherwise
Notify us in advance of any special requirements or restrictions (building rules, parking, etc.)
Panthersville Movers takes great care with your belongings, but we are not liable for:
Items packed by the customer
Pre-existing damage
Delicate or poorly constructed furniture
Natural disasters or delays beyond our control
Any claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of your move
If storage is part of your service:
You are responsible for providing accurate inventory
We are not liable for damage due to improper packing or undisclosed hazardous items
Storage fees are billed monthly and must be paid on time
